Swachh Warrior Sanjana from Nandini village, near Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh is from the eunuch or kinnar community that traditionally earns by singing and dancing on auspicious occasions and has also struggled with great stigma. Sanjana decided to use the talents of her community to raise awareness on the need for better sanitation practices. Today Sanjana says she has been successful in her mission to make her village open defecation free.
