HC allows microfinance firms to carry out activities in AP

The Andhra Pradesh High Court has refused to quash an Ordinance to curb microfinance firms and asked them to carry on with business in compliance with the new rules. The court directed the institutions to register themselves with the government in a week, as mandated in the Ordinance.
