H-1B visa cap impact: Will India IT cos be forced to hire locals?
The cap of 65,000 US H1-B visas was hit in the first few days this April. Now, a lottery system – last used in 2008 when the cap was exhausted in a matter of days --- will be used to pick the successful candidates.
