In today's episode of India Global, Global icon, marathon runner and British Indian Fauja Singh, who died crossing a road in the village where he was born in Punjab due to a hit and run, is being fondly remembered at home, in East London. A house is being converted to serve as a running club in his name. Running events are being planned, and prayers are being offered at Gurudwaras across London for him. NDTV's Radhika Iyer met friends of Fauja Singh, who said the 114-year-old's legacy is immortal.
