Govt likely to invite bids for 4 UMPPs
Power finance corporation or PFC, the nodal agency for inviting the bids, is pushing hard to complete the bidding process of 4 UMPPs in the next financial year alone. One UMPP with 4000 MW capacity is enough to supply power to a city like Delhi.
