Sepoy Janjal Pravin Prabhakar was posthumously awarded the Kirti Chakra, India's second-highest peacetime gallantry award, in recognition of his extraordinary bravery, indomitable courage, and supreme sacrifice in service of the nation. During the ceremony, President Droupadi Murmu presented the honour, paying tribute to the soldier's selfless dedication and valour.
