G20 meeting is changing perceptions about Kashmir and if security were an issue who would have come here, Apurva Chandra Secretary Information and Broadcasting told NDTV. Mr Chandra said that seeing  is believing and when foreign delegates are coming to Kashmir, they are seeing beautiful golf course, beautiful lake and other things. He said everybody knows that it's our neighbour (Pakistan) who has been trying to disrupt things in Kashmir. It (G20 meeting) is a statement whatever they may try to do, tourists in record numbers are coming."
