Fly91 Hubballi Flight News | Fly91 Midair Horror: Passengers Panic, Airline Denies Technical Fault

A major midair scare unfolded on a Fly91 flight from Hyderabad to Hubballi, leaving passengers in panic as the aircraft remained airborne for nearly four hours after aborting its landing. Flight IC 3401, which took off from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, was eventually diverted to Kempegowda International Airport, where it landed safely. Passengers described moments of fear and uncertainty, with many praying as the aircraft circled before diversion. Families have also raised concerns over alleged lack of communication during the ordeal. Company Statement: Fly91 has denied reports of any technical snag, stating that the diversion was due to bad weather near Hubballi and was carried out as per standard operating procedures. The airline maintains there was “zero compromise on safety” and that holding and diversion are part of globally accepted aviation practices. The incident has now sparked questions over passenger communication and handling during in-flight emergencies, even as the airline stands by its safety protocols.
