Fight against HIV affected by recession

Seventy per cent of spending on diseases like HIV in India is from international assistance. But with traditional donors hit by recession, investments in global health is decreasing. The Global Fund is now asking emerging economies like India, China and Brazil to share responsibility for fighting killer diseases.
