As Sri Lanka spirals into chaos and political uncertainty, former cricket captain and Lanka minister Arjuna Ranatunga says that the Rajapaksas became too powerful and too arrogant after 2020. He adds that people have been asking only for basics and the government has failed them. Mr Ranatunga says that these protests are the end of the political road for the Rajapaksa family.
