Nykaa CEO Falguni Nayar has said that the motto of her company has not just been focus on profitability alone, but also maintaining balance between growth and pace of growth. "We have been frugal on capital consumption and have been respectful towards it... That discipline of trying to be respectful of capital consumption is something which we will continue to do in Nykaa," Ms Nayar told NDTV.
