The Supreme Court has ruled that final-year degree exams must be held across the country and no students can be promoted without holding exams. The top court had earlier given the go-ahead for NEET and JEE entrance examinations. However, amid rising Covid cases and parts of the country affected by floods, can the state and central governments rise above political bickering and think of a solution that helps the students?
