Enter markets at 5500 levels: ICICI Securities
Piyush Garg, CIO at ICICI Securities, says if the government takes large and bold steps then the markets can take a decisive turn on the upside, but the chances of it are slimmer. He believes 5500 levels is a good point to enter the markets.
