Election Season In Tamil Nadu: The Big Dravidian Debate

NDTV's Veeraraghav and Sam Daniel were joined by a panel of prominent party leaders in Besant Nagar Beach, Chennai. Politicians from all the big contenders of Tamil Nadu from DMK to AIADMK and Actor Vijay's TVK put forth their views about who will win the battle of Tamil Nadu in 2026. The odds seem to be stacked in the incumbent CM's favour however issues like law and order as well as deaths related to spurious liquor could see the AIADMK mark a comeback with general secretary EPS allying with the BJP in hopes of coming back to power again. The X-factor of this polls could be the newcomer Vijay though with TVK's rallies seeing massive crowds that only a filmstar of Thalapathy could draw. Could that support translate to votes? Will DMK retain power? or will the combined forces of EPS and NDA see a party plagued by infighting come back to power?
