Earning Not Learning Focus Of Children In Vulnerable Families

The Telangana government has announced the new academic session for schools will start from September 1 with distance education and e-learning. Activists however point out that with families facing job loss and no income, an estimated 12 lakh children are in danger of becoming potential child labour. NDTV spoke to child rights activist Isidore Phillips on a new study on 1,500 families in Hyderabad where children were going to government schools.
