Speaking at a Ramlila event, she said Diwali feels incomplete without fireworks and added that crores of Hindus celebrate it as Lord Ram's homecoming. Stressing that green crackers should be allowed, she said governments must do their job without hurting Hindu sentiments. The remarks come as Delhi-NCR braces for its annual pollution spike, putting the spotlight back on the cracker ban and rising pollution levels during the festive season.
