In Manipur, Class 12 board examinations are underway amid periodic flare up in violence even as the state comes to term with the ethnic unrest in which over 200 people have died and over 50 thousand have been displaced since last year. The spell of violence has cast its shadows over the board examination. As per official estimates, at least 5,000 students have dropped out of the board examinations in Manipur, and hundreds are writing exams from relief camps.Ratnadip choudhury reports.
