Digital Land Records Portal In Telangana Turns Into Political Flashpoint
A new digital land records management portal in Telangana's Dharani, which was seen as revolutionary, has turned into a political as farmers say it has created new land disputes instead of settling old ones and is even being used to steal land digitally. Chief Minister KCR says the Opposition is campaigning to demolish his 3-year long effort to eliminate middlemen and corruption in revenue administration.
