Did not offer Army chief 14-crore bribe, says retired officer Tejinder Singh

The man who allegedly visited Army chief General VK Singh in his office with the promise of a kickback has told NDTV he denies the charges. "I do not think VK Singh has said that I made or did not make this sort of offer," said Tejinder Singh, who retired as a Lieutenant General and had served as a chief of the Defence Intelligence Agency.
