Demonetisation May Increase NPAs From SME Sector: Ambit Capital
Pramod Gubbi, director of institutional sales at Ambit Capital, said demonetisation of big notes will help Indian economy to move to a more formal economy. But banks with higher exposure to SMEs face the risk of higher NPAs, he added.
