A severe cold wave hit Delhi on the New Year's Day as temperature dropped to 1.1 degree Celsius, the lowest in 15 years. While many are celebrating the holiday in warmth and comfort, tens of thousands of homeless people in the city are battling the bitter winter. Meher Pandey and Azam Siddique visited a small slum in the national capital.
