Three students who could have contributed to India's steel frame have been killed. Shreya Yadav from Uttar Pradesh, Tanya Soni from Bihar and Nevin Delvin from Kerala - all studying for the UPSC exam died in the basement of Delhi's Rajendra Nagar. Amid the political blame game, we continue to ask about accountability. Despite a notice month prior notice, no action was taken by MCD, coaching institute.
