Car In Delhi Blast Was i20 With Haryana Plates, Previous Owner Arrested
A Hyundai i20 hatchback with Haryana number plates was the epicentre of a high-intensity blast near Delhi's Red Fort Monday evening, sources told NDTV. Eight people were killed and 20 injured in a blast that caused 22 nearby vehicles, including an e-rickshaw, to burst into flames.
Sources told NDTV the car's original owner was a Mohd Salman who then sold it to a Nadeem. Salman has been arrested by police in Haryana's Gurugram.
