Paper Leak Protest | 'Country Runs Through Parliament, Not Streets': Baba Ramdev On Student Protests

Yog Guru Baba Ramdev, speaking at the Guru Purnima programme at Patanjali Yogpeeth in Haridwar, commented on the ongoing student protests, saying that the country is governed through Parliament and not through street demonstrations. He asserted that decisions such as the appointment of the Education Minister are made by the Prime Minister and Parliament. Ramdev also criticised slogans raised during the protests, defended the constitutional rights of all communities, and alleged that some protesters at Jantar Mantar had "defamed India."
