Precautionary third doses of vaccines -- announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi last month -- will be given to health and frontline workers and immuno-compromised seniors in Kerala from today as Covid numbers spike in the state, driven by Omicron. Some 5.71 lakh frontline workers are eligible for booster shots in the state. Sneha Mary Koshy caught up with duty doctor to try and understand how the roll out it going to take place.
