Telangana Records Highest Booster Dose Coverage

After a covid drill was conducted on Tuesday to check the preparedness to tackle any surge in covid numbers, the focus is now on administering booster shots and wearing masks. While Delhi is facing a vaccine shortage, Telangana has recorded a 400 per cent increase in vaccinations in 72 hours. The southern state has also reported the highest booster dose coverage in the country at 48 per cent. Telangana Health minister Harish Rao has sought an emergency Covid response package to improve health facilities. NDTV's Uma Sudhir reports.
