Dr Kirit Parikh talks to NDTV about the cut in the natural gas price. He says there is a need to deregulate natural gas prices. While DBT will help the government plug leakages, there is a need to have a criteria to target LPG subsidy. Only the central government should bear the cost of entire subsidy, he adds.
