Cop who dared to stop speeding politician slapped by others
For nearly 10-15 minutes today, 10 state legislators beat a policeman who had stopped a Bahujan Vikas Aghadi politician for speeding on Mumbai's famous Bandra-Worli sealink. Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Suryavanshi, who is in hospital, told NDTV that yesterday, he pulled over the official car of Kshitij Thakur, an MLA from the Bahujan Vikas Aghadi. Mr Thakur was in the car at the time.
