"Congress Trying To Confuse Tea Garden Workers": PM In Assam

With just a week left for the first phase of the three-phased polls in Assam, both Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi are campaigning aggressively in Assam. Mr Gandhi accused the central government of taking Assam's resources and giving it to outsiders. PM Modi hit back, accusing the Congress of supporting the tool kit that he claimed had plans to "tarnish the image of tea". Both were campaigning in tea belts.
