Rajan S Mathews, director-general at COAI talks to NDTV about the ongoing spectrum auction. He says that the activity has shifted from 900 MHz to 800 MHz, as the companies are bidding aggressively in 800 MHz; however the bidding has remained subdued in 2100 MHz.
