What began as a routine Flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv turned into a mid-air nightmare when a violent confrontation allegedly erupted inside the cockpit. As the aircraft plunged 14,000 feet and a hijack alert was triggered, injured Captain Smit Machchhar fought to regain control. With help from passengers, crew and off-duty personnel, the attacker was subdued and the plane made an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia, bringing all 174 people onboard safely back to the ground.
