CJP Protest News: “Historic Day For Us”: CJP’s Saurav Das On SC Order Quashing FIRs Against Students
CJP spokesperson Saurav Das called it a “historic day” after the Supreme Court ordered the quashing of FIRs against students who participated in the NEET protests. Das said the GenZ movement remained united despite pressure and stood firm on its demands. The Supreme Court's order comes after the Centre assured the court that cases linked to the July 20-25 protests would be withdrawn and no fresh FIRs would be filed in connection with those events.
