Despite a spike in Covid cases, Mangaluru city in Karnataka is set to celebrate Christmas. Streets are thronged with people. The Roman Catholic Diocese of Mangaluru, Peter Paul Saldanha, has asked the community to celebrate Christmas by following government norms.
