Tensions between the United States and Taiwan are at a high after media reports that the US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi may visit Taiwan in the next 24 hours. China has again warned that it will take military action if Pelosi goes ahead with her visit which Beijing says is interference in the affairs of Taiwan which it sees as a part of China.
