CBI to probe Sohrabbudin's fake encounter?
The Supreme Court will give its verdict on Tuesday whether the probe into Sohrabuddin's fake encounter should be handed over to CBI. Sohrabuddin's brother Rubabuddin had petitioned the SC for a CBI probe into the encounter.
