United Arab Emirates state-owned Emirates Telecommunications Corp (Etisalat) is all set to buy a 51 per cent stake in Swan Telecom, a wireless telecommunication services provider. As per the plan, Etisalat would be paying $750 million to $1 billion for the 51 per cent stake. The deal values Swan Telecom at $1.5 billion to $2 billion.
