The Bihar polls will be held in two phases, with the first phase on November 6, the second phase on November 11, and the counting of votes scheduled for November 14. But even on a day like this, something rather amusing happened. While all the constituents of the Mahagathbandhan expressed confidence that they would be on the winning side and predicted an RJD or Congress wave this time, they also voiced doubts about the polls being free and fair. They again questioned the role of the Election Commission during the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in Bihar.
The big question on "The Buck Stops Here" is, the election dates are announced, the opposition is confident of winning these elections, so how can they still be doubtful about the process when they are confident about the outcome?
