AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said it is "too early" to decide whether his party will contest the upcoming West Bengal elections, noting that AIMIM will first review its Bihar performance and consult party workers-both those who won and those who narrowly lost. Owaisi confirmed that the party has an organisational unit in West Bengal but will finalize strategy later. He, however, indicated clear intent to expand in Uttar Pradesh, saying "the game is on," and expressed hope that AIMIM's alliances with Chandrashekhar Azad and Swami Prasad Maurya would continue ahead of the UP polls.
