Big Defence Boost: India, Russia Clear Military Logistics Pact
India and Russia have taken a major step to deepen defence cooperation as Moscow formally ratifies the Reciprocal Exchange of Logistics Support (RELOS) pact with India. The agreement enables both nations' troops, naval vessels, and aircraft to access each other's bases for refuelling, repairs, supplies, and extended deployment.
