Babri Masjid Row | Donation Spree For Proposed Babri Masjid In Murshidabad
The villagers, mostly locals from the surrounding areas of Malda and Murshidabad districts, have flooded Murshidabad's Beldanga with bricks and cash. The locals said that contributing in the foundation-stone-laying ceremony for the proposed Babri mosque, spearheaded by suspended Trinamool Congress MLA Humayun Kabir, was an attempt to right the wrong that occurred at Ayodhya. Since this morning, hundreds of people have continued to come to the proposed Babri Masjid site to donate bricks. Watch this ground report.
