As candidates arrived at a NEET examination centre in Gurugram, students and parents expressed a mix of anxiety, hope and cautious optimism ahead of the re-test. While many acknowledged the stress of appearing for the exam a second time after the cancellation of the earlier test, they also welcomed the extensive security arrangements put in place by authorities. Students admitted feeling nervous about the paper's difficulty level, while parents said the heightened security measures had increased their confidence that the examination would be conducted fairly and without leaks.
