Army, civilians rebuild Kashmir village

Many border villages in Kashmir that were devastated in the 2005 earthquake are now being rebuilt with the help of the Army and civilians in the area. One such village in the Uri sector is a shining example of how, if these two sectors work jointly, the results are outstanding.
