We discuss the shifting of blame between the airlines and the passengers. Dr Saurabh Rai, an Indigo passenger claimed to have been allegedly thrown out of a flight after he allegedly made a fuss and abused the crew over mosquitoes on board. The airline has said in tweets that he was off-loaded after he used the word "hijack". Callers from all over India ask whether it was necessary for airlines like IndiGo to lose their patience over situations such as this. Several other callers also asked if the aviation watchdog DGCA keeps a record of such incidents, and their protocol regarding the same.
