Rescue and relief work continued at the site of a billboard collapse in Mumbai's Ghatkopar, two days after 14 were killed in the accident triggered by a dust storm. However, the owner of the ad agency that put up the billboard is still on the run, and a blame game is going on among the authorities. The BMC has shifted the onus on the railways, asking it to remove illegal billboards.
