US Chief Trade Negotiator Brendan Lynch has arrived in Delhi with his team for a crucial round of talks with Indian officials. President Trump confirmed the resumption, praising Modi as a "very good friend" and highlighting ongoing efforts to resolve trade barriers. Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal also expressed optimism, indicating that the first tranche of trade agreements could be finalized by November, with both sides reporting satisfactory progress.
