A 7-feet long python weighing around 8 kg was rescued from fishing net near Golamunda's Ganga Sagar Pond in Kalahandi district by the forest department on Saturday. Locals rushed to the spot to witness the rescue operations. The reptile was later released into the wild. (Credit: ANI)
