Aloo Maidan area in Himachal Pradesh's Manali looks like a war zone. What used to be a paved road is now just rubbles and stones, damaged by the sheer force of water that came running downhill after heavy rain. It was a four-lane road. Boulders are everywhere on the road now, after three days of heavy rain.
