1971 Indo-Pak War Hero, Lieutenant General JFR Jacob Dies | Read
Lieutenant General JFR Jacob (retired), who negotiated the surrender of Pakistani troops in Dhaka following the 1971 war, died today. Lt Gen Jacob, who was 92, breathed his last this morning after prolonged illness, army sources said.
