1,02,462 More People No Longer Indians

In July last year, the first draft of the National Register of Citizens left out close to 40 Lakh people. Now, one month before the July deadline another 1,02,462 people who had made the cut in first draft find themselves excluded. The clock is ticking but can the state ensure no genuine Indian gets left behind?
