Ghaziabad has a new hotel on its hospitality map. Courtyard by Marriott has opened its first property in the city, bringing a 106-room hotel to Raj Nagar Extension, one of the region's growing commercial and residential corridors. The property, which opened on August 14, is designed around both business and leisure travel, with dining, wellness and event facilities aimed at guests staying in the city as well as those travelling through the wider Delhi NCR region.
A New Hotel In Raj Nagar Extension
Located in Raj Nagar Extension, Courtyard by Marriott Ghaziabad is positioned to connect travellers with Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Meerut. The hotel is approximately an hour from Indira Gandhi International Airport and around 20 minutes from Ghaziabad Railway Station, according to the property.
The hotel has 106 contemporary rooms and suites, with amenities including plush bedding, ergonomic workspaces and high-speed connectivity. The layouts are designed to accommodate both work and downtime, in keeping with the Courtyard brand's business-and-leisure positioning.
The property also has an outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a fitness centre and a spa.

A New Dining Address
For food lovers, the hotel's main attraction is L3 Kitchen, its new all-day dining restaurant. The restaurant brings live cooking into the dining experience and has a menu spanning regional Indian specialities, Italian dishes and Oriental favourites.
The Indian selection includes dishes such as Hindon Bowl, Noor-e-Kebab and Courtyard Signature Dal. The Italian section covers pizzas, pastas and risottos, while the Oriental offerings include dim sum, wok-fried rice, noodles and Thai curries.
There are separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian selections, along with casual seating and private dining spaces. Chef Balwant Singh Sajwan leads the culinary programme, with a career that includes Marriott International, The Venetian Macao and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts.
The second dining venue, Yard & Brew, serves as the hotel's lobby lounge and bar, with handcrafted beverages, small plates and a cocktail menu that includes Beetroot G&T, Gingermelon Lemon Drop, Frost Ember and Mist of Garden.
Spaces For Weddings And Events
The hotel is also making a sizeable play for the social and corporate events market. It has more than 8,000 square feet of event space, including a 5,100-square-foot Grand Ballroom, supported by audiovisual facilities and dedicated event planning services.
That makes the property relevant not just for hotel guests but also for weddings, corporate conferences, meetings and social celebrations in and around Ghaziabad.
The Hotel's Wider Offering
Beyond accommodation and dining, the property has been designed as a full-service hotel, with its wellness facilities and flexible spaces adding to its appeal for longer stays and weekend visits.
